AI Solutions Architect / Tech Lead
Lead the design of enterprise‑grade generative AI solutions, multi‑agent systems and end‑to‑end data platforms. Act as the primary technical bridge between SURTANK engineers, global technology vendors and client CTOs/CIOs.
AI Solutions Architect / Tech Lead
Key responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure and auditable architectures based on LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, open‑weight models), advanced RAG pipelines and agentic patterns.
- Lead technical definition during discovery, feasibility assessment, inference cost estimation, latency, data security and AI governance.
- Guide engineering teams during pilot development and production rollout on AWS, Google Cloud, Azure or hybrid infra.
- Establish continuous evaluation standards (LLM‑as‑a‑judge, observability with LangSmith/Arize/Phoenix, guardrails and hallucination mitigation).
- Present technical proposals and architecture roadmaps to executive committees and global teams in both Spanish and English.
Requirements & profile
- Languages (mandatory): Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (C1/C2). Ability to lead technical workshops, negotiate with international vendors and author architecture RFCs in both languages.
- Experience: 5+ years in software architecture, data engineering or cloud, with at least 2 years delivering production generative AI/ML solutions.
- Technical stack: Mastery of Python and/or TypeScript, API design, vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant), containers, CI/CD and enterprise cloud services.
- Business vision: Ability to translate complex operational challenges into pragmatic architectures balancing innovation, cost, maintainability and delivery speed.
